A story based on true facts…
This is the story of Vietnam Veteran, Martin Lessard, who due to tough economic times finds himself fired from the firm where he has worked for almost thirty years. He is just two months from retirement.

The story takes us from having everything to having nothing at all. From riches to rags almost overnight and there by the grace of God go us all. He loses his job, his retirement, his home and even his wife. His best friend and co-worker commits suicide and Martin finds himself drinking excessively and eventually he ends up on the street.

He is asked to help someone in need and he shuns her. The question arises if you were able to help someone in need, would you? Martin makes many mistakes and ends up where many people do these days. Hopeless and lost in the bottle.
